A $50 deposit per guest is required to secure your reservation. The full balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
If full payment is not received by the due date, your reservation may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund or to transfer your reservation to another available weekend within 6 months, please call us at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival.

Welcome Home Retreat LLC is not responsible for any loss, damages, or claims arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to theft, power outages, utility disruptions, service interruptions (such as cable or internet), or other unforeseen events.
