Retreat Options, Pricing and Policies

Weekend Retreat — $275 per Guest

Enjoy a full weekend of creativity and relaxation, from 9:00 AM Friday through 1:00 PM Sunday. Includes all retreat amenities and meals.

No Frills Weekday — $30 per guest

Add an extra day and night to your weekend retreat.
(Please note: Hot tub and kitchen are not available for weekday stays. Weekday retreats are casual — our families may be onsite as we continue improving Welcome Home Retreat.)

Saturday or Friday Only — $60 per guest

Join your friends for a full Friday or Saturday of creativity and connection.
Includes all retreat amenities, lunch, and dinner.
Available 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, subject to availability.

Weekday Use — $30 per guest

Use the creative spaces during the week, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Meals and snacks are not included. Coffee bar available.

Weekday Overnight — $75 per guest

Stay overnight during the week for a quieter retreat experience.
No meals included. Checkout at 1:00 PM.

Deposit, Payment, and Cancellation Policies

A $50 deposit per guest is required to secure your reservation. The full balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
If full payment is not received by the due date, your reservation may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

Cancellation Policy:

· To receive a full refund or to transfer your reservation to another available weekend within 6 months, please call us at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival.

· Transfers will not be rolled over a second time if WHR is not contacted at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival.

· Transfers not requested at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival will lose the $50 deposit from the total rolled over.

Welcome Home Retreat LLC is not responsible for any loss, damages, or claims arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to theft, power outages, utility disruptions, service interruptions (such as cable or internet), or other unforeseen events.
