Monday to Saturday as early as 9am. Sunday as early as 3pm. If you are going to arrive later than 4 on any day, please let us know so we can make sure you are able to get on the property.
If you have food allergies, please let us know at least a week before your retreat. We understand that not all allergies are the same, please inform us if we need to be concerned about cross contamination when it comes to your allergy. Please remember that we are cooking for a crowd and are not a restaurant, we will make sure there are options that are safe for you to eat. However, we do not adjust all of our food offerings.
If you require special products for your allergies such as alternative milk, gluten-free bread, etc. please remember to bring those, we do not provide them.
We provide 6 meals starting with lunch on Friday. For our no-frills guests, we have a coffee bar, snacks and some dry breakfast items. We encourage you to bring snacks, our selection is limited.
Don’t judge our food until you see what’s there, we are big on variety. If you are a picky eater you may want to bring something just in case, you cannot find something you like. If you are just too picky and don't want to chance having our food, we do offer a discounted rate for bringing your own food.
We are a no minimum retreat, so there is a possibility you will be in a room with someone you don’t know. Make sure you bring any supplies to help you sleep better and to help you be a better roommate. Earplugs, Headband, Headphones, eye mask, extra pillows, CPAP machine and water for the machine, PJs (don’t sleep naked with strangers)
Only service animals are allowed at the retreat center.
Yes, we have free Wi-Fi available for all guests.
